Santa Fe Compact Model

Santa Fe Compact

This air is often higher in relative humidity, and carries with it various allergens and musty odors. When conditions linger above 60% relative humidity for extended periods of time, mold, mildew, and bacteria growth is stimulated.

The American Lung Association, American Medical Association, and the EPA recommend maintaining relative humidity level in the 30% - 50% range. Ventilation and air conditioning alone cannot provide the protection offered by a premium dehumidifier like the Santa Fe Compact. Protecting your family, and your biggest investment, is worth the best.

Application Specific Design

The Santa Fe Compact was specifically designed for crawlspaces. At 13" tall and 12" wide, the Santa Fe Compact can fit when no other dehumidifier can. The Compact's horizontal configuration and flow-through design perform exceptionally well in tight crawlspaces. The optional condensate pump and ducting kits provide the installation flexibility necessary for the most challenging applications. No mass-merchant dehumidifier can perform as efficiently and effectively in crawlspaces as the Santa Fe Compact.

Energy Star Listed: The high efficiency Santa Fe Compact produces over 4 pints per kilowatt-hour, far better than mass merchant dehumidifiers. Better efficiency means lower operating cost - in many cases saving hundreds of dollars per year in electricity.

Large Capacity: The high capacity Santa Fe Compact provides up to 65 pints per day water removal at standard rating conditions. Medium-sized crawlspaces (up to 1600 sq. ft.) are no problem for the Santa Fe Compact.

Low Temp Operation: The Santa Fe Compact was engineered for crawlspaces and the temperature and air flow issues that they present. When many mass-merchant dehumidifiers have stopped removing water from the air, the Santa Fe Compact keeps on protecting you and your home.

Superior Filtration: MERV-11 filtration is standard on the Santa Fe Compact, capturing particles (including mold spores) down to 1 micron in size. This superior level of air filtration also keeps the Santa Fe Compact working at peak efficiency for longer than other devices with cheaper designs.

Santa Fe Classic

Santa Fe Classic ModelIf you store anything of value in your basement or if you use your basement as living space, it is important to keep the moisture levels low. Relative humidity levels rising above 70% stimulate the growth of mold, mildew, bacteria and other biological allergens, which generate musty basement odors. These conditions must also be prevented in microenvironments such as underneath carpeting, rugs, or storage boxes. The Santa Fe Classic is the most energy-efficient dehumidifier in the industry and offers time-tested technology to maintain 50% or less relative humidity in your home as recommended by the EPA, American Lung Association, and American Medical Association.

Energy Star Listed: Uses only 6.8 amps of electricity offering as much as $275 per year in energy savings compared to the conventional dehumidifier. More pints of water per kilowatt of electricity means lower cost of operation.

Large Capacity: This high capacity basement dehumidifier removes up to 100 pints of water per day—enough water removal capacity for areas up to 2,500 square feet.

Low Temp Operation: Powerful enough to control humidity even in the cooler environments of basements. Dehumidifiers are rated at 80°F and 60% relative humidity. At the cooler, real-life temperatures of a basement, the capacity of conventional dehumidifiers drops dramatically.

At temperatures below 65°F, frost forms on the coils of a conventional unit and causes the unit to ice-up. Frost cuts down on air circulation so the unit does not remove as much moisture from the air. Some units have automatic defrost but remove minimal quantities of water in cooler conditions. However, even at regular basement conditions, the Santa Fe Classic removes more pints of water per day than most dehumidifiers.

MERV-11 Filtration: The Santa Fe Classic Series utilizes a blower rather than a propeller fan allowing the use of high-efficiency air filtration for improved indoor air quality. Standard MERV-11 filtration is 65% efficient and captures particles from 1.0 to 3.0 microns in size—resulting in effective filtration of most mold spores.

Santa Fe RX

Santa Fe RX ModelHigh moisture levels result in physical discomfort, increased air conditioning costs, and possibly serious health issues associated with high humidity. In addition, damage to your home and your home's furnishings can result. Maintaining relative humidity below 50% prevents dust mite infestations, mold and mildew growth, and inhibits the growth of bacteria. Lower relative humidity also reduces the out-gassing of volatile organic compounds—creating a healthier environment in which to live and breathe for you and your family.

Energy Star Listed: Uses only 5.4 amps of electricity, offering as much as $275 per year in energy savings compared to the conventional dehumidifier. More pints of water per kilowatt of electricity means lower cost of operation.

Large Capacity: This large capacity dehumidifier removes up to 74 pints of water per day—enough water removal capacity for areas up to 2200 square feet.

MERV-11 Filtration: The Santa Fe Series utilizes a blower allowing the use of high-efficiency air filtration for improved indoor air quality. Standard MERV-11 filtration is 65% efficient and captures particles from 1.0 to 3.0 microns in size—resulting in effective filtration of most mold spores.

HEPA Filtration: The Santa Fe Rx is the only dehumidifier with an optional HEPA system for superior air filtration and purification. The HEPA filter is 99.97% efficient at capturing particulate from .3 microns or larger that pass through it.

Carbon Filtration: The optional filter housing may be used to hold activated carbon and potassium permanganate blend filters instead of the HEPA filter.

Finished Cabinet: Designed to be placed in the finished area, the Santa Fe Rx features an attractive and contemporary white matte design which fits any décor and can always be decorated by the owner.

Quiet Operation: The Santa Fe Rx features extra internal insulation for the quietest operation possible, making it the perfect unit for apartments, condominiums, museums, libraries, and schools.

Condensate Pump: The internal condensate pump with 20 feet of drain hose and 15 feet of lift capacity frees you from emptying buckets. Run the hose to a floor drain, sink, or connect it into a sewer line for seamless, consistent water removal.

Santa Fe Advance

Santa Fe Advance ModelMaintains 50% or less relative humidity as recommended by the EPA, American Lung Association, and American Medical Association.

As much as 50% of the air you breathe on the first floor of your home comes from your crawlspace. Relative humidity levels above 70% in your crawlspace stimulate the growth of mold, mildew, bacteria and other biological allergens, which generate musty odors. Air infiltration from the crawlspace permeates the living area, carries odors, and contributes to poor indoor air quality and uncomfortable humidity levels. The Santa Fe Advance offers time-tested technology to maintain recommended humidity levels in your crawlspace and to protect your home and family from the consequences of high humidity.

Large Capacity: This high capacity dehumidifier removes up to 90 pints of water per day at standard conditions—enough water removal capacity for areas up to 2200 square feet.

Low Temp Operation: The Santa Fe Advance is powerful enough to control humidity even in the cooler environments of crawlspaces. Dehumidifiers are rated for capacity at 80°F and 60% relative humidity. At the cooler, real-life temperatures of a crawlspace, the capacity of conventional dehumidifiers drops dramatically. Standard MERV-11 filtration is 65% efficient at capturing particles from 1.0 to 3.0 microns in size—resulting in effective filtration of most mold spores.

Optional Ductability: Attaching ductwork to the unit promotes air circulation throughout the crawlspace allowing for the location of the unit by the crawlspace access door for convenience. The unit may also be located remotely when space doesn't allow for placement in the crawlspace.

Low-Profile Design: Ideal for low clearance applications such as crawlspaces and attics.
